How To Download the Church Directory
If you are a member of the church and are not sure how to download the church directory you will just need to follow these instructions. (Please note we keep the church directory password protected for privacy reasons to ensure this info only goes out between church members.)
- Click the link in the email we sent you:
- Open the email we sent you entitled, “Sovereign Joy Community Church invited you to collaborate on a folder on Box.net“. (If you did not receive this email then please ask Sandy McGregor or Jason Delgado to have the email resent to you.)
- The email should look like the following:
When you get this email click "Accept Invitation" or the blue link
- Click “Accept Invitation” or the blue link below the phrase, “To accept this invite with a free Box.net account, visit this link:”
Create a free account to access the member only data
- Create a free Box.net so that you may access the member only directory information
- Create a name and password
- Click the green “Continue” button
- View or download the church member directory in Excel (XLS) or vCard (VCF) format
- The very first time you login you will see the following:
After loggin in click "Take Me There" to view files
- Click “Take Me There” to see the church member directory options
- You can either view/download church member information in vCard (VCF) format or in a Excel (XLS) file. For this example let’s download the Excel file:
- You’ll see two different ways to download info:

- Click the “Download Excel (XLS) Format” folder/link
- Now you should see the “Sov Joy Addresses.xls” file.
- Either right click on it or click the down arrow icon on the right
- From there it will pop up menu where you can either preview or download the file.
