Author, Recipients, & Greeting of Philippians
In continuing with our sermon series through Philippians, Pastor Emilio Ramos preached “Author, Recipients, & Greeting of Philippians” from Philippians 1:1-2.
Pastor Emilio started off by telling us why he is so excited to be going through Philippians (4 minutes):

The outline is as follows:
- Philippians (Philippians 1:1-2):
- Author (Phil. 1:1)
- Recipients (Phil. 1:1)
- Greeting (Phil. 1:2)
Paul recognized that the church in Philippi was, both, in Christ and in Philippi… citizens of two kingdoms. What ultimately matters is not our upbringing or background but whether or not we are in Christ. Let us never confuse these two kingdoms (2 minutes):

Verse two was preached in a mere 3 minutes (definitely a record for any verse preached at our church) 
it is Paul’s greeting which is a summary of the gospel… “grace and peace”:
