Sunday School info is at the bottom of this post.

This past Sunday we didn’t have our normal expository preaching through Scripture but rather heard a special message from Pastor Jay entitled, “The Incarnation: What, Why, & How”.

The outline was as follows:

  • What is the Incarnation?
  • Why was the Incarnation necessary?
  • How was the Incarnation accomplished?

Incarnation defined (from Wayne Grudem’s Systematic Theology [pg. 1,245]):

“The act of God the Son whereby he took to himself a human nature.”
